Gali Hydraulic Starters are mainly used to start diesel engines generally in emergency sets for marine, oil and gas, off-shore rigs etc. They are very reliable in an emergency starting system, because it is a closed and independent circuit with few mechanisms. Can be used under extreme environmental conditions just using the suitable hydraulic oil. Very low maintenance required.
Hydraulic Starters H5, H10, H15, H20, H25 H30
are designed to start up diesel engines with a displacement of 0-5, 5-8, 8-18, 18-41, 41-74, 74-110 dm3.
The energy used comes from an hydraulic station equipped with a manual or electrical pump depending on the final application.
The design of this starter is based in a Hydraulic motor of displacement pistons and equipped with inertia engagement system.
It is mounted into the engine by frontal flange to permit the easiest assembly procedure.
